Kripparrian: Ask Me Anything

Kripparrian, who made news this week for being first to complete the Ironman Challenge, consented to an “Ask Me Anything” Q&A session today on Reddit.

Kripparrian: Ask me anything. Whatever you want, from Ironman details to what colour socks I’m wearing.

Krippi: What was your favorite and least favorite part of the challenge?

Kripparrian: I loved doing WotLK quests again, especially through my 14 hour grind day. Everything made me remember how it was the first time I did it.

Least favorite was dealing with the bugged Vashj’ir quest, I ran back and forth a dozen times and it never worked. I was considering finishing 85 in Vashjir, with some more WotLK dailies because Deepholm was insane — but I couldn’t.

Snappledrank: What color socks are you wearing?

Kripparrian: I took them off. Barefoot now!

Snappledrank: Now on a serious note. Are you PVPing this season? I miss the old Kripp BG videos!

Kripparrian: Ill probably melt some nubs in a few weeks, but nothing serious.

Pooumba: I just heard about the iron man thing from my friends, now I see its you Kripp! congrats man. I’m a huge fan ^_. how many hunters did you have to make to get the achieve?

Kripparrian: 3 total. First died at 23. Second at 5. The third made it.

Gornax: How did you choose your leveling / quest zones? Did you always go to the zones where you get the most XP for your level, or did you just pick the green quests, which still give XP but are the easiest?

Kripparrian: I was pretty clueless about old world cata revamped quests. I was doing them very slowly so I figured I would at least maximize my XP. I leveled in zones right as they became available until 60. At 60 I planned to do all BC quests. I hit 70 early in Netherstorm and realized WotLK wasn’t too much harder, so I did every WotLK quest I could. . . . Read the complete Q&A session
