Mehtomiel at The Wild Hunt: Flying above Pandaria with NPC Scan has led me to more than a few rare humanoids so far. One of my friends already completed his [Glorious!] – I lack 9 creatures from the same. As a hunter, all these different creatures are relatively easy. However, higher level pandaren can still take some time due to their massive healing spells.
Ai-Ran the Shifting Cloud deserves a special mention here. His 4 million health pool and tendency to chaincast Healing Mist can make the fight rather long. When I encountered this rare, I had a queue standing behind me waiting for me to hopefully die off, commenting on the likelyhood of a hunter managing all the interrupts.
