New NON-RARE Pandarian beasts in 5.1 (10/24/12)
Kalliope checked out the pre and post questline areas in Krasarang Wilds, finding a handful of new beasts to tame. She did find a new skin, an armored gray wolf, but it was not tameable and phased out after initial questing. Wain found another post-phasing option, but it too was not flagged as tameable.
Something I want to share about taming Hydras (10/25/12)
Grafx posted a tipoff from an anonymous Blizzard employee that hydra models are being worked on and are the only reason they cannot be tamed yet. This holds consistent with information from previous reports from Ghostcrawler and other developers.
