Mists of Pandaria Beta Build 15983: Hunter Buffs

A new build is being deployed on the MoP beta and there appear to be some nice changes for hunters:

Baseline Abilities

• Arcane Shot: An instant shot that causes 100% weapon damage (up from 75%) plus 2,306 as Arcane damage (up from 1,309)
• Aspect of the Beast: The Hunter takes on the aspects of a beast, becoming untrackable. Only one Aspect can be active at a time. (1 sec cooldown removed)
• Aspect of the Cheetah: The Hunter takes on the aspects of a cheetah, increasing movement speed by 30%. If the Hunter is struck, he will be dazed for 4 sec. Only one Aspect can be active at a time. (1 sec cooldown removed)
• Aspect of the Fox: The Hunter takes on the aspects of a fox, allowing him to shoot Steady Shot, Cobra Shot, and Barrage while moving and causing him to gain 2 Focus whenever he receives a melee attack. Only one Aspect can be active at a time. (1 sec cooldown removed)
• Aspect of the Hawk: The Hunter takes on the aspects of a hawk, increasing ranged attack power by 10%. Only one Aspect can be active at a time. (1 sec cooldown removed)
• Aspect of the Pack: Party and raid members within 40 yards take on the aspects of a pack of cheetahs, increasing movement speed by 30%. If you are struck under the effect of this aspect, you will be dazed for 4 sec. Only one Aspect can be active at a time. (1 sec cooldown removed)
• Kill Shot: You attempt to finish the wounded target off, firing a long range attack dealing 420% weapon damage (up from 300%).

Edit: although the 1 sec cd on aspects was removed, they now appear to trigger a global cooldown.

Marksmanship

• Careful Aim: Increases the critical strike chance of your Steady Shot and Aimed Shot by 75% (up from 60%) on targets who are above 90% health.

Survival

• Explosive Shot You fire an explosive charge into the enemy target, dealing (175 + 523 / 2 + RAP * 280 / 1000) [up from (166+497/2+RAP*266/1000)] Fire damage initially and every second for 2 sec.

Items

• Interestingly, the stats on Thori’dal, the Stars’ Fury were buffed.
