Valor and Justice Point Gear for Hunters in MoP

This article lists all of the hunter Valor and Justice point gear available in Mists of Pandaria. Valor Point Gear is sorted according to the faction reputation required for purchase.

In MoP, the weekly cap for earning Valor Points will be 1000 per character and there will be a total cap of 3000 per character. Once the weekly cap is met on one character, alts on the same realm will receive the Valor of the Ancients buff and earn 50% additional VP during that week. Valor Points can be obtained in a variety of ways:

• completing daily quests
• killing raid bosses
• Scenarios
• killing Heroic dungeon bosses
• completing the Daily Challenge dungeon
• completing Challenge mode dungeons. (Different amounts of VP are awarded for finishing with gold, silver, etc.)

Justice Point Gear

Justice Point Gear originally required reputation with the various factions but that has been changed and reputation is no longer required. Justice Point gear is item level 450.

• Undergrowth Stalker Chestpiece chest, 2250 JP
• Entombed Traitor’s Wristguards  bracers, 1250 JP
• Mogu Rune of Paralysis  trinket, 1750 JP
• Amulet of Swirling Mists neck, 1250 JP
• Leggings of Twisted Vines  legs, 2250 JP
• Shado-Pan Dragon Gun trinket, 1750 JP
• Mark of the Dancing Crane ring, 1250 JP
• Brushcutter’s Gloves gloves, 1750 JP

The August Celestials

Gear can be purchased from Commander Oxheart at the Niuzao Temple in the Townlong Steppes or from Sage Lotusbloom at the Shrine of Two Moons in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.

For enchanters, revered reputation with The August Celestials allows the purchase of Formula: Enchant Bracer – Greater Agility. Tailors can purchase Pattern: Royal Satchel at exalted.

  • Steps of the War Serpent boots, 1750 VP

The Klaxxi

Gear can be purchased from Commander Oxheart at the Niuzao Temple in the Townlong Steppes or from Ambersmith Zikk  at Klaxxi’vess in the Dreadwastes.

For engineers, gaining revered reputation with The Klaxxi allows the purchase of Plans: Living Steel Belt Buckle and Plans: Living Steel Weapon Chain.

  • Klaxxi Lash of the Winnower  belt, 1750 VP Requires revered reputation with The Klaxxi

Golden Lotus

Gear can be purchased from Commander Oxheart at the Niuzao Temple in the Townlong Steppes or from Jaluu the Generous at Mogu’Shan Palace in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms.

For leatherworkers, Golden Lotus reputation is required to learn Pattern: Gloves of Earthen Harmony, Pattern: Chestguard of Earthen Harmony, and Pattern: Shadowleather Leg Armor.

Shado-Pan

Gear can be purchased from Commander Oxheart at the Niuzao Temple in the Townlong Steppes or from Rushi the Foxat Shado-Pan Garrison in the Townlong Steppes.
