Frostheim at Warcraft Hunters Union: Okay, we heard that hunter nerfs were likely, and then we got a wee one: 50% reduced base damage to arcane shot. And that didn’t seem so bad.
Well buckle your seatbelts because we’ve got MOAR! And this is the big one! Here’s what we’re seeing, as reported by MMO-C:
- Arcane Shot damage nerfed to do 75% weapon damage down from 110%, and base damage cut about in half as well.
- Serpent Sting damage nerfed by about 20%
- Steady Shot damage nerfed to do 50% (down from 70%) weapon damage; base damage nerfed by 75%
- Barrage focus cost reduced to 30 focus (down from 40) Damage of ability doubled.
- Blink Strike damage tripled. This incredibly necessary buff should at least make this ability no longer a dps loss.
