Compartmentalize Your Encounters

Darkbrew at The Brewhall: Are you a raid leader? No? Okay then keep reading. Today I’m going to talk about compartmentalizing each raid encounter and why I think it’s good. Now by compartmentalize I mean looking at the encounter and focusing solely on those mechanics that affect you. In other words, focus on your job, and only your job.

To see what I mean, let’s take a look at the Alysrazor encounter. This is a fairly complex fight that’s chaotic, and has a lot of moving parts, and there are a lot of things that I, as a Hunter, could care less about.
