Patch 16155 is being deployed on the public test realm and there are significant changes for hunters. Please keep in mind that these changes are being tested and are subject to change before the patch goes live.
Beast Mastery & Survival
- Cobra Shot is now useable while moving.
Marksmanship
- Steady Shot is now useable while moving.
Talents
- Barrage is now useable while moving.
- Lynx Rush now uses a stacking debuff: Each attack causes the target to bleed for 1,000 damage over 15 sec, stacking up to 9 times.
Pets
- Snatch disarm now lasts 8 sec, down from 10.
- Rabid Increases your pet’s attack speed by 70% for 20 sec, changed from 25% AP for 20 sec.

The change of rabid is a nerf indeed as it changes 20%AP for 70% pet attack speed..
