A new build is being deployed on the MoP beta. There are a couple of changes to hunter talents:
Talents
- Blink Strike 100 yard range (up from 30), Instant, 20 second cooldown. Causes your pet to instantly teleport behind an enemy target up to 40 yards away from your pet and inflict 200% normal damage.
- Thrill of the Hunt You have a 15% chance when you fire a ranged attack that costs Focus or Kill Command to cause your next 3 (up from 1) Arcane Shots or Multi-Shots to be free. [Note: this will probably be changed again soon. See Beta Class Balance Analysis Part XIII]
New Hunter Items
- Klatith, Fangs of the Swarm Bow, ilvl 476
Racials
The Night Elf racial Quickness is changed from “Reduces the chance that melee and ranged attackers will hit you by 2%” to “Increased your chance to dodge melee and ranged attacks by 2%.”

I’m not very into the weapons / armor of the beta, but looking at the bow it is just a copy of Vishanka’s model. I’d understand that for balancing and testing they’d just use a random model, as they only really care about the stats. It would be a little cheap however to recycle the model of an end-game weapon.
I’m 100% certain the are not recycling any armor or weapon models so don’t worry :)
