Chaud at MMO Champion: “It looks like someone is taking a break from Diablo III long enough to get us another patch! This patch brings BattleTags support, Item Upgrade strings, Armored Moonkin form, and some interesting goggles: Mist-Piercing Goggles. The Goggles don’t have an assigned profession to craft them yet, but the required tools point to engineering!”

Self healing nerfs are ridiculous, sure they needed a nerf but this is a) way too far and b) the wrong way to go about it. The disengage heal was actually fine, on par with recuperate and still vastly inferior to hybrid class healing. Spirit Bond was the OP thing – a 100% uptime hot was indeed too good to be true, they should just make it an ability ergo Enraged Regeneration for Warriors, providing a fast on demand HoT with a cooldown.
It seems like they didn’t actually put any thought into these nerfs and just thought “we’ll just cut hunter self healing by two thirds, sorted.” I really hope they rethink this, as right now we might as well have no self healing at all as nobody is going to pick these talents.
that was my thought too. it would be cool to see an active component added to spirit bond.
as of disengage, the fact that the heal is tied to our strongest escape button should be enough keep us from clicking it on CD
Ugh… nerfed self-heals… :(
Engineering is looking really good! :) Selfheal-nerf was a bit harsh I think…
I wonder if Gurp’s Perfect Arrow is named after The Instance’s Scott Johnston’s character Gerp? Allegedly he sends arrows to guild mates. :)

That sounds reasonable, you’re probably right.
Astrylian’s Cheerful Charm is probably named for the night elf druid in the Firelands, who is in turn thought to be an homage to the creator of Rawr.
Aquino’s Cloak of Unity might be an homage to Corazon Aquino, late president of the Philippines.
Repin’s Ammo-Laden Belt might be a reference to 2468 Repin, a “main-belt” asteroid named for the Russian painter… that might be a stretch though.
No ideas on Ennadee.
Too bad about the self-heals nerf. I had looked forward to being able to help out our healers when things got rough.
